Radostin Stoytchev during a time out

"According to the development of the match, it seemed almost impossible to win it”- admitted Radostin Stoytchev after the match - “but we never stopped believing, even when perhaps only few of us had hopes to actually win. My job is to never stop thinking about the victory. In the first two sets we did not play well, throwing a good chance in the first set to lead 1-0 ahead. For this game wasn’t enough the tactic to turn the situation, great merit should be attributed to players who have been good to get back on track under 0-2. In the third set we still had a difficult time, but then with some luck we were able to change the match. In the fifth set something like that happened. Tonight we expressed well at the block, but I would prefer that the team is balanced in all the fundamentals: I'd like to win once thanks to the blocks, another for the side-out, yet another for the service. We still have to grow a lot, the results are good but I think the game could be improved. Fortunately now we are close to the break. We have to keep our feet on the ground."
